LEAD OTM members will have the flexibility to choose between training alongside the team or assisting in coaching areas during practices. As a part of the LEAD team, athletes will receive an OTM jersey and LEAD team t-shirt, and they will accrue volunteer hours for their involvement. This presents an excellent opportunity for student athletes to accumulate community service hours, enhance their college resumes, and actively contribute to OTM Track Club while refining skills in their preferred disciplines.
